AQUATICS Bengaluru: Shwiti Diwakar Suvarna claimed a grand double on the opening day of the 41st Sub-junior National aquatic championship here on Monday. At the Basavangudi Aquatic Centre, Shwiti clinched gold medals in the girls 100m butterfly event and the 4x50m freestyle relay. In the buttlerly event, Shwiti touched the pad in 1:10.19s as Karnataka registered a one-two finish.
